The TEAM service is fueled by a dedicated team of professionals, many of whom have been here since our earliest days. Founders Terry Keating and Art Candland are honored to have the company they founded now supported by best in class HR and payroll specialists and a dynamic leadership team.

Josh Greenberg

Josh has been a founder, executive, investor and board member in a variety of related businesses and brings extensive experience in risk management, outsourced business processes and caregiver services to TEAM. His most recent companies include a financial services firm serving patients and caregivers and an insurance services company, both of which expanded via a focus on providing fanatical client service. Josh received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Cullen Knights

 

CFO, Head of Strategy

Cullen has an extensive background in strategy and financial consulting, with experience across industries, including multiple leading healthcare and service businesses. He brings a passion for results and client service to TEAM. Cullen holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Sharon Novak, JD, SPHR

 

Employment Counsel

Sharon brings over twenty years’ expertise in employment law, including trial work and mediations, workplace investigations, and professional support to human resources departments. She has also developed and conducted seminars on critical employment law issues, including sex and age discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour practices, and wrongful discharge laws.

Rachel Green

Rachel brings to TEAM her experience in business development, sales, marketing, and corporate strategy. Most recently, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the CFO and Sr. Executive Vice President of Fortune 50 healthcare company. Rachel holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.

Denise Bryant

 

Operations Manager

Denise Bryant joined TEAM in 2010, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Denise began her career as a teller, ultimately working her way up to senior management, holding the position of Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance. Her banking experience includes facilitating core system conversions, industry compliance, acquisitions and expansions and implementation of a variety of operations systems.

Cheryl Severson, PHR, SHRM-CP

 

Human Resources Manager

Cheryl oversees TEAM’s HR operations. She brings over fifteen years’ experience delivering human resources expertise and client-focused solutions to companies of all sizes. She specializes in coaching, compliance, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.

Susanne Schellpeper, FPC

 

Payroll Manager

Susanne has over 10 years of experience in both payroll administration and human resources. She began her career with TEAM as a Payroll Specialist in 2007 and now manages the payroll processing division. Susanne maintains the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPA) with the American Payroll Association.

Carol Nash

 

Controller

Carol oversees TEAM’s accounting and tax departments. She brings over 20 years of experience as a Controller for national and local organizations. Carol obtained her CPA license in Minnesota and worked for national and regional CPA firms for eight years in the audit and tax departments. In addition to her accounting expertise, Carol brings a customer service orientation and a passion for process improvement.

Sandy Fields

 

Benefits Coordinator

Sandy joined TEAM in 2008 as the Benefits Coordinator.  She brings over 25 years’ experience in the health insurance industry. Sandy has spent time as a group insurance Account Executive, and most recently served as a Regional Marketing Manager for one of the largest national health plans.

We’re friendly in those photos, but we’re even friendlier in person.
